Approved Log TRT for Life Log - my full experience

Weeks I work from home I do a lot of cook fresh. I almost always have hardboiled eggs ready as a fill in snack.
Also meatsauce is a "meal" at least once a week. Whether it is ground beef (remember I have frozen wagyu) or if its bison.

We do 1lb ground meat with a 12 oz can of mushrooms and half an onion.

My meals today:
Banana and vanilla protein shake
Leftovers for breakfast - I hate to admit it but my wife wanted chinese food so it was leftovers.
Half gallon water with aminos
Post workout - bowl of meatsauce and 2 slices provolone
30 min later still hungry and had a hardboiled egg

I will probably eat another meal later tonight. I have steak laid out to cook and fresh chimichuri sauce

BTW - Great back workout today. My widegrip lat pull downs were beast mode. Im feeling stronger and some stamina is coming back. Very exciting.

I love the eggs bro one of my favourite wholefoods, great job on the wide grip lat pull down bro they are a solid exercise 💪 nothing beats the feeling of progress brother keep pushing!!
