Peptide was great to work with, to a 5mg vial added 1.5cc so roughly .033 per unit, note to self do the maths first so it's even numbers.
Dosage schedule as per conversation with Zenith. @ZenithHealth

US navy BF% test i find accurate. They use the neck measurement as a guide to your body size.

Rough morning but an amazing diet today, I would try tomorrow to drop fats to 100 and increase carbs to 80 and protein to 150 for a day for recovery @FrekiRough morning today, been overly mental the last 4 days, was supposed to be a rest day but was to unsettled to not go to the gym.
