Rough morning today, been overly mental the last 4 days, was supposed to be a rest day but was to unsettled to not go to the gym. Had a great sleep as well.

Very smart of you to know when to take a break, Retatrutide is a very powerful drug, if you are feeling the effects to be abit overwhelming try to keep it at a 0.4mg/day or less dosage schedule and see how you feel. You want to find that sweet spot where the effects are noticeable but not overwhelming, keep us posted!

Good that you made yourself eat. Getting that protein so u don’t have muscle wasting. Trying to minimize it is key. Good to hear shoulder seems to be doing alright. Needs to build endurance. 👍💪🌸

Big day, worked out the shoulder a bit, probably more then i should have , about 60-70% strength back now.

Stayed with the aussie bands Powderfinger today noticed i didn't row as hard with the softer music.

Warmup 12mins rower 2750m, Post WO 40mins elliptical with 1min surges every 5mins. 10mins Stairmaster lvl8 , 6km dog walk and a 2km family/dog walk. About 2.5hrs cardio all up
