I just need a little break, low calories and cardio can be a grind somedays. Still eating clean just adding veges and fruits to keto diet so should be pretty easy to drop back down.

If you ever find a motivator to do more yoga for mobility let me know man, as I really want to get back into it but always end up doing something else when I do have the spare time haha
Yeah hard work getting motivated, recently focusing on building habits intead. I'm finding it easier to just focus on one at a time instead of gungho doing it all at once. I want to finish off building cardio and then ill send you a memo each day till we both keep hitting the yoga mat 👍

Haha legend man, I'm going to also have to start using my rowing machine, I see it's part of your cardio routine, even if i can do just 4-5 minutes a day in addition to the rest

Goal is to continue recomping, ideally I'd like to drop more BF% without losing to much, if any muscle. Success will be seeing another row of abs

Testosterone Cypionate 200mg purchased from @ODINLABS
Starting at 2 x 50mg a week, with a blood test after 5 weeks to check lvls
I ran ethanate in previous log, pip was there but minimal, once I got up to 450 a week the pip was very noticeable in the form of heat for days after. I'm thinking this is either a volume and or base oil issue for my body. I chose cypionate this time to rule out the ester as an issue.

3iu EOD. I really like the EOD protocol I had started at 4iu but really hit me 2 hard. The day after pin sleep is amazing.

.5mg every 4 - 5 days depending on hunger.

5 day split, rests when needed no set days, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Arms, Legs
At some point I'll look at getting a coach

Cardio
Rowing, Elliptical, Bike and Incline tready
30-40mins sessions on weight days
Also do a lot of walking, at least 5 times a week from 3k to 6k or bush hikes

Mobility
Yoga, I've been inconsistent of late, I will start scheduling it in.

I don't have a set time for this cruise, if I feel good I'll just keep going or when I want I'll go for another blast.

Thanks Roy, great to know I'm on the right track. Yes I dont always post it , but I'm tracking Cals and Macros everyday, only way to keep honest imo.
