Starting at 2 x 50mg a week, with a blood test after 5 weeks to check lvls
I ran ethanate in previous log, pip was there but minimal, once I got up to 450 a week the pip was very noticeable in the form of heat for days after. I'm thinking this is either a volume and or base oil issue for my body. I chose cypionate this time to rule out the ester as an issue.

Ive been in ketosis for last 6 weeks or so at avg 2000 calories a day.
I'll come up around 2400-2600 for 2 weeks before dropping back into ketosis.
Weights
5 day split, rests when needed no set days, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Arms, Legs
At some point I'll look at getting a coach
Cardio
Rowing, Elliptical, Bike and Incline tready
30-40mins sessions on weight days
Also do a lot of walking, at least 5 times a week from 3k to 6k or bush hikes
Mobility
Yoga, I've been inconsistent of late, I will start scheduling it in.
I don't have a set time for this cruise, if I feel good I'll just keep going or when I want I'll go for another blast.
