Approved Log TRT, HGH, Retatrutide, Proviron on a Cruise Log

I'm finally out of ketosis on the pee strips. The difference between yesterday and previous days when I stayed in ketosis even after a 100g of carbs and protein is the type of carb???

My hypothesis is the simple carbs I'm consuming are not effecting BG lvls enough to hinder ketosis. The opposite is happening with complex carbs which I consumed yesterday for the first time in months. These starches cause a sustained increase in blood sugar, knocking the body out of ketosis

Plausible?

Once you go over 50 grams of carbs you'll be out of ketosis. You might have ketones in the urine but you're out of ketosis
This has happened again @LevButlerov had bread for the first time in months at breakfast, 3hrs later no ketones.

Its possible i can consume over 50g of simple carbs and higher levels of protein to fat ratio and still stay in ketosis so long as i don't consume the starches. Yes all anecdotal

@Freki you are out of ketosis for sure. This is not good, don't cycle in and out it will mess up your levles.
It's possible the gluten is the issue but I would really stick to the keto plan.

@Freki I only train fasted. my energy is far better and i am more agile and not dragging along. its a great strategy!

Same every morning. Saw a guy in this morning eat a sandwich, a bar, Banana and then skulled a massive energy drink all at 3am. Then after his 30 min weight session he takes off his shoes to weigh himself 😆😆

@Freki yeah lots of people are hooked on stims, sugar and carbs. it becomes an addiction where they can't function without it !

It's great to see that you don't need much Reta to get the good effects, 2.5mg a week is considered a starting dose!

Yes responded real well. We can see how the bulk goes to see if need to incorporate it. Or yes next cut either way.
