I just saw your test, you have a urine test which can peg left over ketones in the urine, it doesn't factor into actual ketosis. You need a blood ketone meter for exact measurements. @FrekiExactly yet I'm still in ketosis every day, one of the Peds maybe?

Which leaves Proviron Retatrutide and 5amino1mq? only other thing i can think off is the cortisone shot from 2 weeks ago, should add its the largest legal dose that can be administered.
Mrs just did a pee test and not in ketosis so strips aren't bunk.
