Really big cardio day, pushing it forwardBig cardio day, 10min pre WO, 50mins post, 4km hike and 6km walk
Shoulder felt good until curls and then it felt like it popped out , it was the weight pulling it down, bit sore now though, ended the workout afterwards. Plan is to do legs tomorrow and rest the Shoulder.
