Big cardio day, 10min pre WO, 50mins post, 4km hike and 6km walk

Shoulder felt good until curls and then it felt like it popped out , it was the weight pulling it down, bit sore now though, ended the workout afterwards. Plan is to do legs tomorrow and rest the Shoulder.

First complaint with the APP it doesn't show the rep or weight increase from the week before.

Progressions on every set

Had a little energy leftover at the end of WO and I couldn't remember ever doing single deadlifts , so gave it a shot. Started at 70kg maxed at 110kg gave 120kg a whirl wasn't quite there. I'll try doing them at the beginning of WO next week.

@Freki Wow, another Sensational update from you very thorough job. I like how you lay out your Macros and you structure your workouts. Very easy to follow and other people can learn.
