I've been closely monitoring my glucose... Especially mornings as that's been when my spikes were always...read all the "dawn phenomenon" stuff.
Now I see it's low or as this morning was 91..
I checked my urine with Stix and it was showing in the 80mg area (dark large) ketone area.. So this would be a clear indicator that I'm still in the fat burn mode correct?
Even with normal range blood sugars or would it need to be down in the 50-70ish ranges?

2 sets of 6 Burpees/ 3pushups /run in place 20 seconds
Routine 30lb. dumbells
Squats to overheads 12x2 sets
Dead lifts to Hammers 12x2
Curls 12x2
Bench press 20 x2
Flys 20 x2
Skull crushers 12 x2
Slow and even..
1st meal@1:00 pm
Half filet of Swai fish fry w/butter and light seasoning
1 sunny egg
1 strawberry
Some blueberries
Some cherry's
Ground beef and sweet peas /stew tomatoes
And 1 jalepino popper wrapped bacon

Work out routine
20 minute
Burpees / run in place /3pushup between
5sets
Squats 12 reps weighted 30 lb dumbells
Dead lifts same
Flat bench press 20 reps x1
Bench skull crushers 15 reps x1
Standing Curls 15 x1
Slow and even workout
I may go longer on my fast.. Have a Dental appointment @12:30
Fast may be 3-4 hour's longer.
Maybe just past the 50 hour mark.
