I'm really feeling differently after just that fasting I did.
Was just telling my wife this morning about it.
I feel as if my body has changed and my aches have lessened. I have "lots" of bone injuries, everywhere with screws/plates.
I'm telling you it has changed!
I'm praying that this ride can keep going!
