1st meal@11:00 am
Lunch with the wife.. Restaurant it's been awhile!.
Beef chopped steak and beef tatsuda
No rice /extra salad

Meal#2 @5:30pm
T Bone 1.13 oz
Small sweet potato in air fryer.. 1st time with these!
1 egg
Salad
Coffee I didn't drink this morning reheated!
Right side Tbone, mic drop winning steak :D

Making good progress I can feel it!

Routine was lighter but fasted
Squats to overheads dumbells 40's warm up 15x1, 45's 12x3, 50's 10x2
Incline flys 25lb 15x3
Sitting supported Hammers 25's pause hold to failure

1st meal@2:00pm
Chuck steak rare
1.0lb. beef cooked in tallow
Rest of the sweet potatoes left overs
Salad w/2 eggs boiled
1shake

Butcher recommended I try the Chuck steaks instead of the Ribeye and porter for cost.. I like it 👍🏽

@medengines perfect steak in beef tallow i also like ghee for cooking bro ;)
the chuck steak was it tough? I dunno i bought some here at Costco it was too tough for me lol

Mine was very good.. Some areas were the meat met the fats.. It was tough but the rest was good.. Maybe the butcher just picked out a good one for me?
I'm going to try and get more today.. We'll see.

Routine :
10 minutes of seal burpees
1minute of jumping Jack's
Squats 40 's 15x1, 45's 12x1, 50's 8x1
Bent over rows 50's 15 x2
Incline shoulder raises 50's 15 x1, 12 x1
Cardio was 55 minutes of brisk walking up hills mostly... Same route just no running..
Just over 3.6miles
Might do more shoulders.
