Approved Log TRT journey to better health - Life Log

I'm gonna need to do a fast pretty soon as well.

I think I'll do a two-day fast.
 
One of the things I like is doing the squats into overhead.

That's a good way of mixing things up.
 
On the meals I've been fasting every day and trying best to get everything in to the 2 meals a day as much as I can for Protien.
Am I getting enough in(Protien) for muscle growth and to keep my Glucose in check?
Trying also to get workouts in during my fasting.
26 JAN25 morning
Coffee 3 cups
Thyroid meds
Supp. / vitamin regiment
OSTEOFLEX, MCT OIL, Vit B's, MHB T bomb, and the 5ht stuff
Training split at home...

@7:00am
Bench press x3 set 10 reps
130lbs then 150
Curls 3 sets 10 reps @ 70lbs
Dead lifts to overhead press 35 lb dumbells 3 sets 10 reps
Romanian deads same
Hit more at work later.
2 meals is good but keep the feeding window around 4 hours max. :D

thyroid meds you on T3?

and if you drink MCT oil you're not fasted fyi.

Training is clean but best do it fully fasted. @medengines
 
Yeah, for sure burpees will have you throwing up and no time

They are very tough and great way to boost your cardio.

30 minute routine for continuation from home this AM
30lb. dumbells 12 reps 3 sets everything
Curls, bench skull crushers, standing, crushers, Flys, squat to overhead press, Romanian deadlifts,
Running in place between the Burpees
5 sets
Meal #1
Porter house steak 1.41 lb 🇺🇲💪🏼
Some sweet pepper deals and Broccoli rice

I'm using the Mct pills.. Lol I might even be calling it wrong.. Just stuff I read was good for my old body!
I'm taking a generic form of Cynthroid.. Begins with a Levin something.. For my thyroid.
Ive been trying best to do it fasted.. Also I stopped the Alcohol.. So I'm trying to get my addiction guided to a positive which is my body and health.
Everyone was right about doing a Log.. It alone makes you more accountable and you learn from it all.

if possible can you cut the MCT and go fasted? :D

congratulations, I stopped drinking years ago, it changed my life. but honestly I am addicted to the gym and training lol :P

Not going to lie... This window thing is going to be tough I'm pretty full from the Steak earlier.. But I'm doing this!
