2 meals is good but keep the feeding window around 4 hours max.On the meals I've been fasting every day and trying best to get everything in to the 2 meals a day as much as I can for Protien.
Am I getting enough in(Protien) for muscle growth and to keep my Glucose in check?

Dead lifts to overhead press 35 lb dumbells 3 sets 10 reps

Hit more at work later.

Yes I agree.. It's a trip.. I think I can go longer but I'm trying to learn more.. Don't want to burn myself out too.Nice hustle doing the fasting.

Yup the burpee is a quick way to get heart rate and lungs going.Burpees are no joke at all. I didn't even know what 1 was until 5 years ago. Now, I certainly do.
