I'm going to fast to later today and hit the 4 hr window again.

27 jan25 update :

Continued the fasting for 20 hrs.
Worked out for 40 minutes
Pretty much same routine with all cardio 15 minutes in the beginning as warm up
Same weight routine
Ate at 1:00 pm my last meal was at 4:30-5 yesterday.
Feeling good!
Try to keep my eating window @ 4 hrs.

Gentlemen I have a problem.. Went to the Pharmacy and they won't give anymore Test Cyp till next month! Lol I was giving myself. .5cc half on Sunday and again on Thursday.. Anyways, need ideas.
I have some stuff here with me...
Should I just say screw it... Go for it!
I really want to just bridge this TRT till I get the rest of my pharmacy stash.. However., can you use the EQ /test E for that?
I'll post pics of what I have on hand.
Order some test cyp for TRT
I've got Dbol and Winstrol?
Recommendations?

No work off day
Worked out this morning @8:00 am
20 minutes
Bench press 4 sets of 12 reps 135lbs
Curling bar Curls 4 sets 12 65lb
Shrugs 2 set of 20 35lb dumbells
Did some yard work
Longest fast was today!
26 hour's 💪🏼
Before dinner workout
20 minutes
same bench routine and weight
Skull crushers bench 35 lbs 12 sets
Goblet Squats 4 sets of 15 35lbs

Dinner with wife Teppinayaki night!
Cut of ribeye, Lobster tail, garlic chips, 2 salad japanese dressing and sprouts
Shrimps the wife couldn't finish.
Still hungry..
Came home..
Ate again 2hr window
Burger patty mozeralla cheese
Blueberries

getting your fasted Glucose lower is very important.
You don't want to end up being a diabetic.
 
Ribeye looks really good.

I'm gonna have to try that recipe.
