Approved Log TRT journey to better health - Life Log

About about 4.5 hrs into the window of eating.
2 beef patties, stir fried veggies (squash,mushrooms, zucchini)
Handful of blueberry 1 straw berry...
Grandson ate the rest of them! 2 Shakes
Add on cornesh game hen drumstick and thigh..

That’s a good meal

Fasted state worked out 8:00 am
55 minutes
15 minutes cardio flipping tractor tire
Flat bench 140lb. 3sets 12 reps slow and even
65 curling bar 4 sets @15reps
Hanging over bench skull crushers 25 lb
No count to exhaustion
Hammers same weight no counting
Meal #1 at 3:30 pm
Planning to eat again within the 4hr. Window at 7:30 pm

1 fillet of swai fish in butter /mayo wrapped foil air fry cooked

Flat bench 140lb 4 sets 20, 15,12 & 10
Curls 35 lb 4 sets of 10

Work @2:30
Light cardio warm up jumping Jack's for 1min straight into Burpees same 3 Pushups Burpee.. High knees count 20 seconds Burpee 3 pushups x3 sets..
Did these between my weight training.
Squats w/dumbells 30 lb 20 reps, 3 sets
Romani dead same above
Flat bench Flys 15 reps x3sets
Skull crushers same above
Bent over Curls 20 reps x2sets
Shrugs 30
Bent over rows 25 x2 sets

1st meal @3:30ish
Ribeye fried in butter
2 sunny side up eggs
Salmon patty in butta
Hamburger patty
Chicken x5 wings onions stewed
Zucchini squash and mushrooms stir fried
1 shake

Quick question.
If I have a appointment with my Doctor on 18MARCH what should I do to try to have my TEST levels in the lower range?
Or is that a dumb thing to be thinking?
My issue as I said earlier was the pharmacy won't give out my next load of test cyp till mid month.
I already pinned . 5cc of EQ 200/Test E 200 on Tuesday..
I'm waiting for the Test E Batch I ordered to get here.

I know I need to be more prepared.. I'm sorry but any ideas.. I posted what I have on hand.. Some orals winstrol and Dbol.

I just don't want my levels to be thru the roof... Lol
Say screw it and go all in?

What would you do?

but do you really need a TRT clinic ? why not just do self-TRT easier and you can blast as well @medengines

straight up i would go all in and do my own TRT and F them bro
 
Gentlemen I have a problem.. Went to the Pharmacy and they won't give anymore Test Cyp till next month! Lol I was giving myself. .5cc half on Sunday and again on Thursday.. Anyways, need ideas.
I have some stuff here with me...
Should I just say screw it... Go for it!
I really want to just bridge this TRT till I get the rest of my pharmacy stash.. However., can you use the EQ /test E for that?

No on their circumstance you cannot replace any other hormone as a replacement of testosterone, none of them will simulate, duplicate or replicate, if there was ever one hormone that could potentially be a candidate. This does not translate or mean it will behave the same, but it's a compound that you could get away with in regards to not using test and replace.. THAT WOULD BE MENT 1-TEST CYP.. That's the only compound that would come anywhere near being any sort of TRT replacement, but bear in mind it does not behave a testosterone but it's the next runner-up.

You could use any compound at this point just as a substitute to avoid muscle atrophy and to feel half decent until you get more testosterone cypionate.. But I wouldn't carry that regimen too long but you can certainly use just about any oil just to feel good, just to keep the protein synthesis, and a positive nitrogen balance and your CNS primed up...

well said bro @~Vision~ Testosterone is true king, hard to replace but getting straight test is the best ;)
