Squats to overheads 30 lb dumbells 20 x2
Curls 20 x2
Skull crushers same

10:00 AM
1st meal
Shrimp coconut milk
Shrimp with squash string beans
4 egg omlette cheese breakfast sausage
Shake

Very very good!
Just fry the shrimps a little to be bit cooked... not too long..maybe 5 minutes.. Add coconut milk and garlic and seasoning to your taste.
Add vegetables.. What ever you like
Bring it to boil and time it for about 7-10 minutes
 
Give me a recommendation for burning fat off.
My thing is coming off fasting how to wait after meals to get back to it?
I would stay fasted, can you do 36 hour fast? :D
I'd like to eat today if I can.. Lol
Staying clean of course as well

I should've been more clear in above question..
Meant how long in "hours" to wait for the burning fat.. Google it.. Said 3 hours maybe I'll wait longer to give my insulin more time since I'm resistant more than likely.. 4 hour's?

4 hours is actually the eating window its fine. There is no need to wait.

When you're fasting drop to just 1-2 sets per exercise to make things easier.
81 is good fasting glucose, how far from 36 hours? @medengines

Okay so do 2 sets on fasting.

I'm at 24hours now.

Only thing is I'll be at 36 hours @10:00 pm... Lol late dinner!
Unless I roll it till the morning.. Would that be too long and take muscle?
