Evening all. Second time posting here. Last post I was originally jump straight to anabolic from TRT but taking everyone's advice, I'm going the SARMs route first. Going with a simple stack of GW + RAD for an 8 week cycle, along with my 200mg of Test C per week(100mg Monday and Thursday). Goal is to cut down more body fat while increasing strength and muscle. Im currently on that path, dropping fat weekly while my strength continues to climb.

Current stats:
35y/o
BW: 223.7 as of this morning
Calories: 3100 per day, 225 protein minimum, carbs and fats fall where they fall. Typically 90-100g of fats and 300-320 carbs.

Lifts:
Bench: 350
Squat: 415
Box Squat: 500x2
Deadlift: 475

Vitamin stack includes multi, zinc, magnesium, krill oil, D3/K2 and liver support, all from ATP Labs.

Not shooting for any particular goal scale weight, just going by look and feel. Currently the strongest I've ever been with weekly PRs and the leanest I've ever been also. It's addicting when the results start rolling in. Following a Conjugate Tactical lifting program and morning Cardio sessions a few times a week. Pics below. Excited for what's to come!

You're looking good. Great start.

We'd love to see a more detailed diet breakdown what you eating meals and how much that's crucial.

Same for training, what you're doing sets and reps as you go.

Lastly you're missing organ support on the cycle I suggest you get some, something like n2guard.

bros good log start lets see more diet and training details

Diets pretty boring. I eat the same thing everyday with the exception of dinner. That varies based on what we cook at home or work.

Breakfast: 5 eggs, 1.5cups oats w/ 9oz 2% fairlife, 12g brown sugar, 30g sharp Cheddar, handful of carrots

PWO: 2 scoops Jocko Molk, 5g creatine, 60g NOW Dextrose

Lunch: 8oz 93/7 ground beef, 350g Jasmine rice, 30g sharp Cheddar, handful of baby carrots

Snack: Oikos Pro Greek Yogurt

Dinner: Some version of 8oz chicken/beef + rice or potatoes and veggies

Training follows a 4-day Westside barbell split of Max Effort Upper/Lower and Dynamic Effort Upper/Lower(Speed work). I'll post up tomorrow's leg session after I finish it. AM stepmill Cardio 2-3 days a week. Daily ROMWOD stretching rotuines.

thats not boring, good diet bro you eating this daily?

how about training details?cardio?

First dose of sarms this AM. Not the greatest tasting things.... Weighed in at 221.8 which is the lowest yet. Normal diet today except for dinner. Went to a Brazilian steakhouse for the wife's birthday and ate my weight in meat 😬.

Training was dynamic lower. 10x3 Squats @ 250 superset with Pullups then a heavy triple deadlift, which has been a weekly progression for the past few weeks. Hit 435 last week and needed 445 today. Only got one. Damn weight felt like it was glued to the floor. Checked my training notes and this was actually a 5lb PR since losing all the Bodyweight. I've pulled 475 but that was 44lbs heavier so I'll take it. Hit two Squats on Monday over 500lbs so I'm sure that played a part as well. I'll drop the weight a bit for next week and crush the triple. Overall, feeling good.

The rest of the accessories included banded good mornings superset with box jumps, reverse hyper and GHD situps. No AM Cardio today.
