I've had issued with creatine and my stomach in the past (posted about it), so I want to try something new. I want to take creatine and dspark together and add some probiotics with digestive enzymes to help me keep my stomach stable. Now, should I take the creatine and dspark as a combo (in 1 drink) or should I take them 30min apart to see my stomach problem?

bro i would take the probiotics and enzymes before the creatine and dpsark and take the creatine and dspark in 1 go...

I would also recommend taking them with food whch may help. Taking certain supplements on an empty stomach doesn't agree with some people

just run the dspark alone.. it has DAACC which is chelating to make it easier to digest ! no reason to mess with creatine if it bothers you

if you have already been having problems with creatine, why even push it now? why not run something that is going to be not only the most effective but have the least amount of sides? try a stack of dpsark, n2slin and gw-501516... you will not only see far greater benefits but not have to worry about the side effects your having either...

creatinine isnt going to give tons of gains, no matter who much you take.

if your having these issues, drop it. Its not like your going to lose out on a ton of anabolic time.

probiotics and enzymes aren't going to help with stomach issues from creatine MONOhydrate bro. One of the big reasons it causes bloating etc is because monohydrate is converted to creatinine immediately upon contact with stomach acid. Monohydrate is just not a good form of creatine. Get Krealkalyn. It's PH buffered and is much more efficiently absorbed and you do not need extremely high doses like with mono.

try a different kind of creatine and there is a good chance, stomach problems will go away

get a pro-biotic.. this helps allot with stomach issues by providing your gut with good bacteria it needs. This is a good reason why I rarely get sick.

Good idea. Try micronized creatine, it it comes in a very fine tasteless powder you could add yo anything (even semi-liquid foods) and the product I use has like 5g creatine per teaspoon.
