We have a very similar build when I'm ON.. you are an easy 9-10% here...Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lads and that last weeks check in is a little late.
Current bodyweight: 97
Previous week bodyweight: 96.8
Current drugs:
Primo - 1050mg p/w - injecting EOD
Test E - 525 p/w - injecting EOD
HGH - 6iu - 3am / 3pm
Anadrol - 40mg daily
Inj Superdrol - Occasionally on high days.
HCG - 1000iu p/w - injecting twice weekly
Insulin rapid - 3x 4iu - 3 days a week
Telmisartan - 80mg daily.
MT2 - 250mcg 3x days a week.
No deviations from diet at all this week.
All training days were followed.
Cardio I completed 3x HIIT
- rower 1min on 1 min off on leg days
- sprints 1min on 1min off on push or pull days.
Overall well being has increased since upping the test. Sex drive is definitely getting better also.
Gyno still at bay.
Joint have been extremely sore, to the point that I have had to back off on yesterdays session because pushing heavy weight was just too painful.
This is why we have increased my testosterone. We will continue to walk it up 50mg at a time.
Blood pressure 135/80
Glad to have got the full weeks training in after the past two weeks of being sick etc.
Hunger has increased, finding it much easier to get my meals down with the insulin.
my macros have increased again and will likely increase on Saturday
Current macros will be attached.
Have printed off my pathology form so will pull bloods when I fly home from work this time to see where everything is sitting.
Not having any negative sides from the anadrol so hoping we can push it out a bit.
training will also likely be tweaked come Saturday. Which I think will be great, changing up the routine really keeps me interested.

Nothing much to add from what I posted a few days back in regards to how I’m feeling, health etc. All still the same.
Weight is trending up now.
Last week was 97 this week I’m 97.5
Coach has increased my calories. see attached.
Slin (rapid) is now 4iu’s 3x per day on high days. Which I have 3 of per week.
4000 cals with 0 added fats is gonna be an effort but keen to see where this week takes me.
Training Is also being tweaked this week
