Nothing much to add from what I posted a few days back in regards to how I’m feeling, health etc. All still the same.

Weight is trending up now.
Last week was 97 this week I’m 97.5

Coach has increased my calories. see attached.

Slin (rapid) is now 4iu’s 3x per day on high days. Which I have 3 of per week.
4000 cals with 0 added fats is gonna be an effort but keen to see where this week takes me.

Training Is also being tweaked this week

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lads and that last weeks check in is a little late.

Current bodyweight: 97

Previous week bodyweight: 96.8



Current drugs:
Primo - 1050mg p/w - injecting EOD
Test E - 525 p/w - injecting EOD
HGH - 6iu - 3am / 3pm
Anadrol - 40mg daily
Inj Superdrol - Occasionally on high days.
HCG - 1000iu p/w - injecting twice weekly
Insulin rapid - 3x 4iu - 3 days a week
Telmisartan - 80mg daily.
MT2 - 250mcg 3x days a week.




No deviations from diet at all this week.
All training days were followed.
Cardio I completed 3x HIIT
- rower 1min on 1 min off on leg days
- sprints 1min on 1min off on push or pull days.



Overall well being has increased since upping the test. Sex drive is definitely getting better also.
Gyno still at bay.
Joint have been extremely sore, to the point that I have had to back off on yesterdays session because pushing heavy weight was just too painful.
This is why we have increased my testosterone. We will continue to walk it up 50mg at a time.


Blood pressure 135/80

Glad to have got the full weeks training in after the past two weeks of being sick etc.

Hunger has increased, finding it much easier to get my meals down with the insulin.

my macros have increased again and will likely increase on Saturday
Current macros will be attached.

Have printed off my pathology form so will pull bloods when I fly home from work this time to see where everything is sitting.
Not having any negative sides from the anadrol so hoping we can push it out a bit.


training will also likely be tweaked come Saturday. Which I think will be great, changing up the routine really keeps me interested.

Proviron 25mg daily for this 2 weeks I’m home to help with labido.

Sleep has been great since I got home.

No stress

Sex drive is still there which is nice.

Hunger is good, was a bit of a struggle with the latest jump up but still got it down no worries.

I ran the sdrol 2x days in a row and it knocked me for six. My blood pressure spiked with initial readings of 165/80 then lining out around the 140/70

Have since taken a morning readings of 132/70 so I’m happy with that.

Gyno stopped flaring once I dropped the test down a touch

My joints have been getting better by the day as well.



I had a node flare up in my neck which freaked me out.

I was due to get my normal bloods pulled so I saw the doctor and got him to get my lymphocyte count done to make sure it wasn’t anything sinister.

Count came back all good so no lymphoma.

Likely just strained whilst training.



My hormone and lipid panel came back excellent. Liver is doing extremely well considering the 9 weeks of anadrol and occasional superdrol usage.

Haematology also came back great.

Have attached photo.



Good cholesterol is low so will be adding in Krill oil 3x daily and likely some Cardarine. Although it made me extremely nauseous last time I used it in a cut.





New training split is great, kicked my ass this week lol.

Still feel like I’m looking lean and weight is up big time which I’m stoked about.





I have also swapped over to @HybridLabs labs testosterone, HGH, superdrol and anadrol. Will also be swapping over the rest of my compounds once I need to restock.

Their service and quality is second to none.



Have added in my last check in photos and an 8 week comparison phot also.

Incline Smith machine press- low incline 1x8-10, 1x10-12, 1x12-15 - on the last set, drop the weight enough that you can hold a 2 second pause at the bottom and then explode up. Hands just outside elbows
Seated cable fly- 3x20 - really focus on a strong connection here
DB bench press 1x8-10, 1x12-15 then drop 30% and fail again
A1) Reverse pec dec 2x20
A2) Band Pullaparts 2x20
A3) DB lateral raise 2x20
A4) Banded over and backs 2x5-6 - keep tension on the band and really control
Machine shoulder press 1x10-12, 1x 5x5 - 30 seconds rest between 5x5
Single arm tricep extension 2x12-15

Legs A
Seated calf raise- 3x 20 reps. NO BOUCNING, purely contraction
Lying leg curl- 1x15-20, 1x10-12

Close grip bench press- 2x 10-12- all focus on triceps
Cable overhead extensions 3x 12 reps- use rope attachment
Legs B
Toe press on leg press machine 3x 12 reps- 12x full reps, then 12x partials, then hold in the stretch position
Hamstring curl 2x 6-8, 10-12
BB RDL 2x 5-9, 10-12
Smith Machine Squat- wide stance 2x 5-8, 12-15
Leg extension 1x 45 reps - Pick a weight you can do for 12-15 to fail. Rest 10 seconds every time you fail and continue until you hit 45 reps
Bulgarian Split squat - 3x feeder sets, top set is 8 reps followed by 8 second isohold at the bottom, then drop and repeat for a total of 3 weight drops. Watch "john meadows bulgarian drop set of death" on youtube
Pull B
Single arm pulldown- 2 x 10-12 -leaning into working side, pulling to your hips
Smith machine bent over row 2 x 6-9, 12-15
Wide grip cable row- Upper back focus 2x 5-9, 12-15

DB shrugs 2x 6-9, 12-15 -2 seconds in contraction
Cable rear delt fly- 4 x 15-20

Can you explain why you would suggest I donate blood ? I’m at the lower end of the reference range in terms of haemoglobin and rcc.

@Kurobigg on cycles either way it helps to recycle blood bro, no matter the tests, usually high RBC will happen even if doesnt show on bloods good to get some bloods out and recycled

Sorry bro this makes no sense.
High RBC is high RBC, which is not a hard thing for them to test in bloodwork. If it’s high it will show. But I respect your care and concern for him 🙏 he’s a great guy and a hard worker, we definitely want to keep him healthy

@Anabolik_chikin I would day with all steroid users of high caliber, hgh/insulin/anadrol etc giving bloods is a must once a year

But what for? That’s like saying changing the gearbox in my car every time I get it serviced is a must if I drive it hard.
If your gearbox needs replacing, you need a new gearbox.
If your haematology is high, you could donate blood to bring back down.
There’s no absolutes in biological response to chemistry.
Like some guys need an AI at 300mg of test, doesn’t mean anyone running over 300mg needs an AI.

@Anabolik_chikin If you want to be technical sure, we can go that route.

@Kurobigg has fairly high platelet count. (date ranged) A high platelet count, aka thrombocytosis, can increase the risk of developing blood clots, which can lead to strokes or heart attacks. If he donates blood, it can help in reducing the overall number of platelets, potentially lowering the risk of clotting. Obviously, this is not a requirement but it's something that steroid users, especially high dose guys, can benefit from.
