200mg per mli can see why you need to pin the primo often
is it 100mg/ml?
The GW made me nauseous last time I took it on a cut. I haven’t tried it again yet. Have implemented the krill oil to assist with the cholesterolgood update that you're sleeping good
you getting nauseous from GW or is that the krill oil?
Thanks brotherLook awesome brother, you and @Anabolik_chikin doing great work together

Proviron 25mg daily for this 2 weeks I’m home to help with labido.
- all training days were met
- No Deviations
- Cardio I completed 2x HIIT / 1x fasted 30mins medium intensity
Sleep has been great since I got home.
No stress
Sex drive is still there which is nice.
Hunger is good, was a bit of a struggle with the latest jump up but still got it down no worries.
I ran the sdrol 2x days in a row and it knocked me for six. My blood pressure spiked with initial readings of 165/80 then lining out around the 140/70
Have since taken a morning readings of 132/70 so I’m happy with that.
Gyno stopped flaring once I dropped the test down a touch
My joints have been getting better by the day as well.
I had a node flare up in my neck which freaked me out.
I was due to get my normal bloods pulled so I saw the doctor and got him to get my lymphocyte count done to make sure it wasn’t anything sinister.
Count came back all good so no lymphoma.
Likely just strained whilst training.
My hormone and lipid panel came back excellent. Liver is doing extremely well considering the 9 weeks of anadrol and occasional superdrol usage.
Haematology also came back great.
Have attached photo.
Good cholesterol is low so will be adding in Krill oil 3x daily and likely some Cardarine. Although it made me extremely nauseous last time I used it in a cut.
New training split is great, kicked my ass this week lol.
Still feel like I’m looking lean and weight is up big time which I’m stoked about.
I have also swapped over to @HybridLabs labs testosterone, HGH, superdrol and anadrol. Will also be swapping over the rest of my compounds once I need to restock.
Their service and quality is second to none.
Have added in my last check in photos and an 8 week comparison phot also.
Have a great day lads.
@Kurobigg shape is getting lean all the timeQuick update from my check in yesterday
Calories have increased again this week.
Sitting at steady at 100kg’s and still lean.
Training program has also been adjusted this week. Looking forward to the change, keeps it interesting.
Adding in some Dsip to assist with sleep also.
Macros and check in photos attached.
- reminder - macros are direct macros.
No constructive input then don’t bother commenting at all.
Sick of the pointless statements that come from some of you.
Have a great week gentlemen![]()
Thanks brother appreciate itLooking lean as fuck bro. I like how you wrote your HGH dosage is as much as you can afford coz that is exactly how it is. I'm only a week into using Hybrid Labs Primo-E and seems great so far, no PIP and smooth to inject.
Thanks @Eddie Haskell appreciate the input big time. And exactly the kind of comments that should be on these logs.@Kurobigg shape is getting lean all the time
since you want constructive
you need to work on your lower lats
and you're holding water in your lower back
just to start
and quads need work
to pump the up
you are looking amazing but you do need a lot of work on the back
@Kurobigg actually in the EVO family we have a rule about judgement so you understandThanks @Eddie Haskell appreciate the input big time. And exactly the kind of comments that should be on these logs.
We’re 8 weeks in so plenty of work to be done for sure but will definitely bring those points up with the coach.
