I will most definitely share much more detail in terms of my meals, workouts etc. my actual kickoff date will be next week when I fly home so I’ll start to get some stuff up on the log then. As well as some gear pics 😉
 
would not mind seeing you add some winstrol or masteron
any plans for that in the future?
No plans at this stage unless my coach see’s it valuable to add at some point.

I will probably switch back to Masteron for my cruise as I aromatise heavily and don’t want to rely on an AI.

First session of the new split done.


  • Incline DB chest press
50kg x 6 reps , 40kg x 8



Flat machine press
  • Plate press where I’m working doesn’t have the weights stipulated on the machine
L21 x 8 , L18 x 10


Machine fly
  • 55.875 x 20 , 52.5 x18 , 48.75x 20

Chest supported dumbell lat raise
  • 12.5kg x 20, 12.5 x 18, 12.5 x 18


DB shoulder press
  • 37.5kg x 8, 32.5kg x 10



Single arm tricep extension
  • 11.25 x 12, 11.25 x 12, 11.25 x 9, 11.25 x 9

After speaking with @Anabolikchikin he he has decided to reverse engineer my protocol and we will be ramping the primo up to 1300mg straight away.
I’m highly sensitive to estrogen and the small existing gyno lump I have is already flaring at
300t 300p
then IF my e2 does crash we will make our adjustments from there.
I will start to ramp my dosage as of Wednesday (my next pin)
Also starting the anadrol on Wednesday as well.

I was hesitant on the PPL split when I first found out as in the past I have not taken a liking to it at all but the split chikin has written me I think I’ll honestly love.

Good numbers for a first session brother. Glad you like the program. No magic, just old fashioned progressive overload in a variety of rep ranges. I do like the PPL split just as we hit the biggest muscle groups with more frequency than a bro split. Nothing worse than having a bad session and then having to wait a whole week to hit that muscle group again

Kiss method love it. I train like this and enjoy it. And made some great gains.

I guess we’ll have to see how we go with the pip. I’m hitting 150mg shots atm and the pip isn’t bad at all to be honest. If I have to do more frequent shots on more sites I will.

Nah I’ve never ran primo.

@Kurobigg well 150mgs vs 1300mgs thats a big difference. You sure 1300mgs of primoblan is what you talking about?

I said 150mg shots. I won’t be taking 1300mg in one shot?

If I split the shots up over say 5x for the week it’s only 260 per shot.
