I am from Aus, I actually did the 24hr blood pressure cuff test because my readings at the dr's office where 140/80, 165/85 and 180/100 in a 5min period. We did the 24 hr test and the periods of 140+ systolic where super brief so the daily average was below 130

Had my first check in today.

Current bodyweight: 96
Previous week bodyweight: 95.5

Current drugs:
primo 300mg eod
test e 100mg eod
Hgh 6iu daily 3am & 3pm
Telmi 80mg daily
Waiting on hcg will be 1000iu per week
Waiting on anadrol should be here Monday they sent the wrong compound.

Flew home Wednesday and properly started the program on Thursday, I did stick to the training split all week but had to change out a couple of exercises during to available equipment, such as belt/ pendulum squat and glute and ham raises, I’m unable to do these lol
Cardio - had to swap out hiit for faster 30 minute medium intensity will make sure I do some hiit next week

Overall well-being has increased, hunger has slightly dropped, sleep has improved since increasing hgh,
patience/ tolerance has dropped
energy has been good
Blood pressure 130/78

Iv enjoyed swapping over to the ppl, I wasn’t sure I would like this split. The intensity of the training has been great.

Due to not having access to certain equipment when I fly to work we have adjusted workout plan/exercises to suit.

Diet will stay the same this week.

Well done brother. Great start up

Just before anyone mentions about things like the fat being 0, these are direct macronutrients- meaning for chicken breast we are only counting the protein, rice we are only counting the carbs etc. the 0 fat just means no added fats

@Kurobigg you're looking great, very tight
i see you even taking a high placing
you going to step on stage?

add some more omega 3 fats

nice job man, i like this cycle a lot

I was using MCT oil in my low carb meals but I wanted to add omega 3 without increasing fat macros, so I just use less MCT oil, but if your fats are all trace fats you can kind of strain the meat in water to get rid of excess fat

I'd have you drop the GH to under 3ius a day
GH is the safest compound he is running, why? if insulin resistance do it all pm prebed and add berberine. I could see the argument if he had a tumor or something, but in that case anything anabolic is a risk.

honestly the biggest risk is the gram of primo... or the high dose telmisartan + anadrol if he has liver issues as they both tax the liver (test and primo tax it also) so biggest risk is tanked HDL, or elevated liver enzymes. looking back he said his sleep IMPROVED on the GH, more sleep = better gains and health.

Ask most high level coach and HGH and IGF-1 is AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AFFORD if you want to add mass, I am not saying this is right but the AIDs dose is like 18+IU daily for like 30-50kg sick person

That is exactly as my coach directed. “As much as you can afford”

And not to be an asshole just like many of us we can't afford much Australian housing market + high food prices + cost of petrol, gym membership etc means most young gear users will be able to barely afford HGH but dangerously abuse tren, orals, deca etc

In terms of anabolics, primo is the most refined, benign compound we have. I would argue it’s more of a SARM than most of the SARMS available. As Connor said the biggest risk he have is HDL suppression (Kuro will tell you im big on cardio and healthy, whole food choices to help here), and we are actually hoping for estrogen management due to Kurobiggs sensitivity. In a perfect would I would swap some of those primo milligrams for more testosterone but due to the unique case, we tailored to Kuro’s needs.

One thing about primo though is that it almost has no other effect. No aggression, no big performance increase, no effect on libido etc. which is where anadrol is coming in.
now usually I would end the cycle on the highest milligrams of the course.
In this case I decided to bring anadrol in early. What I’m really hoping to get out of it is performance/strength increases from the start that we can carry though to the end of this course.
As Kuro will tell you, my training style is all performance based, aiming to beat the log book every time we train. Adding anadrol at the end of the cycle when our calories are highest will likely affect appetite. But oil volume is already quite considerate and we don’t want to be pushing that up much more, so an early push just made sense.

For HGH I think it’s a very situational drug. More drug has more effect and HGH is very much a drug driven by its environment. Sit on the couch all and take 10iu, probably wont notice much.
In the presence of over-reaching and progressively overloading training, a good dose of AAS, and a sprinkle of insulin we have a very good means for HGH to do exactly what we want it to to.

So we have a recipe where our caloric needs are covered with an even spread of macronutrients through the day, we are progressively overloading our training each week which moves the goalpost for our body’s adaptation process, we saturate the androgen receptor and raise our growth promoting peptides to supraphysiological levels, manage sleep and stress the best we can, and we string as many of these days in a row as possible the end result is growth as best as our body will allow

at the end of the day it's your log and if you have to adjust something then you adjust

bros you need to do what you want to do on this that's the whole point of logging
