HGH - 6iu - 3am / 3pm
Anadrol - 40mg daily
HCG - 1000iu p/w - injecting twice weekly
Telmisartan - 80mg daily
Nolva - 20mg daily
No deviations from diet at all this week.
All training days were followed appart from hack squats due to pip/bad pin. - I also don’t have a hack squat machine at work so I will be substituting with the smith machine. It’s not quite as quad focused, but it will only be for the 2 weeks that I am away for.
Cardio I completed 1x HIIT 1x medium intensity fasted 30min. Intended to get the 3 sessions in but the bad pin fucked me again. Tried delts and they seem to be a good spot for me though so I’ll try to get the 3x sessions next week.
Overall well being at the beginning of the week was terrible. I have been constantly argueing with my partner and have absolutely 0 patience what so ever and snap over very minor things.
I’m fully aware it’s me.
Since being back at work I’ve been a bit better but still have 0 patience for anything.
Labido also still non existent.
Gyno still at bay.
Blood pressure sitting steady at 128/70
Will be pulling bloods when I get home to see where everything is sitting and we will adjust accordingly from there.
Biggest win would be managing to get all the food I needed up to work with me to ensure I’m hitting my calories and macros correctly.
Also hit some big PB’s
140 incline smith for a clean 5 reps. - old PB was 110
The dumbells I have at work only go up to 50kg. Which I’m well past for the lower rep range sets. So I’ll be subbing it out for a barbell bench to ensure I can continue to progressively overload.
