The brand of fish oil doesn't matter. What matters is the content of EPA and DHA per capsule. EPA and DHA are the essential fatty acids in fish oil you are taking the supplement for. You want to use a product with at least 300mg of EPA and DHA per capsule.
I personally use Webber Naturals brand. I buy it at Costco.
Krill oil is another great supplement to take. Krill is basically baby fish. Krill oil is very similar to fish oil, but it has antioxidant and cholesterol lowering properties that fish oil does not have. N2bm.com carries a great product.
If you're looking at Liquid Fish Oil.
I think Carlson's is one of the better ones.
As it's Very High Strength ~ 1,600 Mg per Tsp.
And it's also Filtered for Cadmium/Lead/Mercury/PCB's and 28 other Contaminants............................................... JP
P.S.
Comes in Natural Orange and Lemon Flavor.
Tried both, like the Lemon best.
Here is an article I wrote on fish oil and krill oil. http://www.evolutionary.org/fish-oil You can determine which you prefer to take. Costco has really good fish oil products and N2BM has an awesome krill oil supplement called Krill-TS.
