it keeps updating everyday and says ‘in transit’ .. not sure what that means. Its been like that for a week lol
getting super aggravated because seems like it was lost in the mail. Ugfreak needs to get off their ass and reship my product cause I need to start asap. Sick of waiting everyday and checking my mail like a dumbass

In transit doesnt mean lost maybe it's just customs but ugfreak is not the mail system, so give it time

In transit for one week. That's crazy when the ETA is up to 31 days!! Right? Or did you order the domestic EXPRESS line?

Transit means it's on its way. Not sure whether you're trolling or just too busy waiting, that you don't read the ETA or the many great details we shared with you in a message, when you received the tracking info. I ordered something off ebay and it showed in transit for a week. i was getting worried and then checked again today and it now shows out for delivery
sometimes packages get stuck and they need to wait for a new truck or whatever.

you need to give the package an honest chance to get to you. the post office is very slow right now, they basically let go of most of their extra staff after the holidays so you need to be EXTRA patient. give it 31 days as ugfreak requested. if you still see nothing then reach out to me or ugfreak and we will look at it for you. no worries mate!

First off chill, second off ugfreak doesn't have to do anything include helping someone who is rude as the day is long.

The proper way for getting help would be sending a polite and concerning message about the package you ordered and nicely explain the issue going on.

Lastly I've had numerous international packages from UGF not one time have they been lost in the mail they all reached me in a timely manner, along with being 100% correct and fully intact.

People are definitely here for helping you, change the approach please as the attitude is not needed.
