Ugfreak.to what is their problem?

This used to be a really good company to buy steroids from. my last order was back in March and they really flubbed it up.

First they sent me the wrong items. When i sent them my order # and address they said ‘sorry we sent your package to somebody in another state and it says delivered’
So how is that my problem lol? Instead of apologizing they said they would reship it out. Well it took 2 weeks and about 20 emails for them to finally give me a tracking #. And I’m still waiting for the package. It says “awaiting shipping partner” what does that even mean?

Contact them and ask.

First I can say 100% UGFreak is going to take care of you. This sounds to me like you did something wrong and are confused when ordering. Contact UGFreak again.
 
bros UGFreak.to is legit, I think the problem is on your end, likely you are communicating wrong or giving wrong address if you ask me
 
I've used UGFreak a few times, trusted company never had shipping problems. You must have provided wrong information.
 
I had 3 packs arrive from ugfreak in about 5 days no problems
 
UGFreak.to is G2G as a brand and the main guy I see on anabolex is super legit. Is he on evo?
On the shipping I bet this guy is a competitor hating.

UGFreak is a Platinum+ source, fully vetted and he's been on anabolex for a while too. I don't see issues with any of his shipping. It's either you lying or something not being shared.
 
UGfreak takes care of my clients, I've seen many over the time I seen the brand. Never a shipping issue and any issues he's resolved. You need to check your review again.

Please send me a PM with your order ID. I'd like to check in on this order of yours.

If this is true, that we sent your order to someone else by mistake, we apologize! However we do not see:

1) How that would change how good we are? One mistake doesn't mean we're doomed and now all orders will be messed up.

You said instead of apologizing, we said we'd reship. But before that you said, that we said sorry? "When i sent them my order # and address they said ‘sorry we sent your package to somebody in another state and it says delivered’" - sorry isn't apologizing?

Anyways, we look forward to receive your order information.
