If you add 2mL of BAC water to the vial then the numbered markers on your insulin needle (assuming you're using a 1mL syringe) will reflect the following:

10 - 250iu
20 - 500iu
30 - 750iu
40 - 1000iu
50 - 1250iu
60 - 1500iu
70 - 1750iu
80 - 2000iu
90 - 2250iu
100 - 2500iu

This calculator will also give you some visual examples based on your input: https://peptidecalc.com/

Are you running HCG while on cycle/TRT or as part as your PCT protocol? (1400iu/wk is high if it's for the former).

Awesome thanks bro that’s great info

I spoke to a TRT doctor and they said to just blast 1400iu for a month at a time every 6 months ?
Tony huge mentioned in one of his videos he does a similar protocol aswel

250iu 3x per week seems to be the go to man.
I won’t know for another month or so until I get tested but that’s what I’ve been running and seems to be working. Also what has been reccomended to me by many across a lot of the boards.

250iu twice weekly (500iu/wk) is fine for most, but as @Kurobigg mentioned it's not uncommon to run as high 750iu/wk (250iu*3 weekly).

What sort of duration are you running it tho?
I havnt run any hcg in a couple of years and I’d like to have the option of having kids one day if I choose , so I guess it’s more to just preserve fertility
Should I run 500iu all year round or doing blasts every few months be sufficent ?
