This is blatantly false. As it has been proven countless times in this thread in way of reviews and reports posted by original customers, we shut down gracefully - at no time did anyone ever receive a faulty product. Every order was accounted for right up until our closure in 2020.
I'm going to make myself clear right from the start and say that I have absolutely no interest in the he said/she said bullshit or playing any kind of blame game. I've fought tooth and nail to re-establish myself in this community and I have worked damn hard to earn my reputation as an honest operator. If there's a legitimate fault here that needs to be rectified, I'll own it, but I'm not going to foot the blame for something that never occurred.
