Dylan, thanks for reporting this! are the capsules as effective as the gel? Is there any difference? Also, for the Ostarine its 12.5ml a pill - so is it still best to take (2) to get the full 25mg/ml? can you take both at once if so?

@SmallFryDevil personally I only tried liquids and capsules, I tried gels 1 time but I get off on the mixing part.

Yeah after I get laid off from my job went Into a little depression. Just hung low. Getting back into the swing of things now and back on my grind….

Hey bro, yes, these are excellent.. the gels will always be the absolute best in terms of quick absorption but its not as though the capsules are so far less or anything like that.. the capsules are excellent and so easy to use and carry... yes, you can take two capsules at once, thats no issue whatsoever...

For those that are confused, the MG listed on the front of the bottle is the total amount you get per bottle. So with RAD140 you can see it says 600 mg... So there are 60 capsules in each bottle, so 600/60= 10 mg per capsule. The amount per capsule is listed on the back of each bottle
