I don't understand why coming here to make said statements is the first order of the day. Surely getting in touch with them is. And anyone can search in seconds to see few to no issues previously.
The way it's been written (one of the last posts) is you may well have got exactly what you was meant to get and need to buy bac water. Please clarify
I just posted a pic of the order confirmation which shows the PT as a spray. Here’s the deal, yes, I was a bit pissed yesterday and maybe a bit unreasonably so. Everyone on here seems to love these guys. This y first experience. I did send them an email and I’m sure they’ll fix it. Any order can go wrong, we’re all human. Especially during busy times around the holidays. I can 100% understand being upset on anything that ever gets messed up.. thats called being human and we ALL do it.. but bro, seriously.. you have been here far long enough to know that things like this get handled so quickly when you just simply reach out and bring it to attention.. you are not new and know to simply message me and i handle shit quickly and it could have been done very easy for you... like i said, i get it, i do, because ive had plenty of things ive ordered from places , amazon, clothes, whatever it may be, get messed up and i initially get pissed but every single time i handle it like a pro and calm, businesses are quick and happy to help... the times ive flown off the rails, they dont help me at all...I just posted a pic of the order confirmation which shows the PT as a spray. The proof is in the fixing. As quick as I was to be irritated I’ll also be the first one to shout their joys. I’m sure it will be fine. I was just a bit irritated in the sense that I haven’t ordered any PT 141 I quite a while and was really looking forward to it and being able to use it over the holidays while on some vacation days with Mrs Lawyerguy1 a/k/a The Small
One a/k/a Super Exercise Girl. (Seriously, PT141 is the best shit ever.)
On a positive note, I dug around in my bathroom drawer and lo and behold, an unopened, never used bottle of bacteriostatic water. So it’s all good, I can inject into these bottles, I don’t need to mix and transfer. Let the games begin.

I just spoke with the owner personally for you and was assured you will be sent an entire new order on them and it would be a priority tomorrow... I know how he works and he does not take anything like this lightly at all and that is why I have always had so much confidence in them. I also take it quite serious because if i am making a recommendation and someone makes me look foolish, as well as doing anything that could hurt a reputation amongst members, i take it very serious... im NOT trying to tell you about contacting them... please RE read the post which asked you if you contacted MEYes Dylan, they were contacted as soon as the issue was apparent. Don’t try telling me no contact unless you’re in their in-box to check. I’m sure it will resolve fine.
Gotcha, I only did a quick read and misinterpreted, I was just at a family 80th for the father in law. I appreciate very much that you reached out to me and with the owner. Admittedly I overreacted, sounds like it was a bad day on both ends of the equation with this one. It happens. And at the end of the day it’s making it right than counts far more than any initial unintentional mistakes. To anyone who followed my post yesterday, any issues are already in the process of resolving, I appreciate greatly those who reached out with interest and especially to Dylan who knows the company well and to Umbrella Labs itself who apparently made an appearance in the thread. A couple things l'd like to point out on this:
One: I can be a jackass, and I was. I let emotion get the best of me and should have let any resolution process play out first.
Two: Everyone has bad days. Consumers as well as producers. It happens. I'm self employed, I'm well aware, believe me.
Three: What separates long terms success from failure is stepping up to the plate and hitting the next pitch when you missed on the first one. That's already happening, and that speaks volumes. Far more than many realize. Errors are unintentional, fixing things is an intentional act and a marker of success. At the end of the day this is far more an issue of me being a bad customer than it is any issue of Umbrella.
Four: It is clear that once again, the good guys win, and by that I mean Umbrella Labs. And so, thx!
