Has anyone had issues with umbrella not answering emails or calls in regards to bad products? I ordered several different components with the new poly cells that were full of black impurities. Now I’m stuck with several Hundred Dollars of products that can’t be used. I thought umbrella was supposed to have best products and services

Also, I think the poly cell has a unique solvent characteristic that sometimes it starts to dissolve plastic or lettering that is on the dropper and that is what gets into the solution. They are working on finding white dropper heads but those are a bit more difficult to find from what i understand
