I’ve been dealing with a lot of injuries when it comes to my weight training and powerlifting
I’m currently benching around 420 pounds and I’m squatting well over 600 pounds
my joints are not doing well though and my soft tissues are definitely an issue.
Would like to run GHK at double the dosage and take a couple weeks off from the gym.
What do you think about using it at 3-4mg per day? It will it speed up recovery quicker?
