using steroids and only getting 4 hours sleep?

What do you think about using steroids and only getting four hours of sleep a night
between work, my family coma and some of my issues that I’m dealing with when it comes to my ADD I really can’t sleep more then that.
I’m 55 years old and I usually get myself through the day drinking a lot of coffee in the morning LOL
do you think this would be a problem if I was to start using steroids.
I use them back in my 20s but it’s been years

I think not sleeping is not great for recovery after training. You really need to work on sleep.
Steroids are def not gonna help the situation.
Why can’t you get your add under control so you can sleep?

if you cant sleep, you cant recover thats an issue
you can do some TRT levels but i wouldnt cycle if you cant sleep
 
Not getting enough rest is a problem whether on steroids or not. I wpuldnt suggest taking them until you get this under control
 
you can get away with it for a short period of time but over time it won't work

unfortunately some people have mental issues and are unable to sleep for more then a few hours a night and live like that.

the best athletes of all time including bodybuilders get a consistent 8 hours of sleep per night. ones that don't and depend on uppers and downers to function end up flaming out

its similar to the flexible diet theory. you can get away with it if you are a skinny guy but it is doing damage inside you

I don't think he is rested.
Not with that much caffeine usually. I asked only cos we'd usually say no at less than 8 hours. Yet sleep science and history disputes it.

1) 8 hours is usually an average and considered a great number
2) At my age (and do a degree my body-weight too) waking (if only to turn over) a few times a night is usual.
3) Historically (middle ages) people would go to sleep at sunset and then awake for 30-60 minutes around midnight for a snack
4) Grabbing 20-40 minutes a day as a nap (I've done this commuting on a train to and from work) can make a HUGE difference. If not full 'deep' sleep even just zoning out will help
5) And, as I said, if 4 hours makes you feel rested and recovered then it's fine. But that IS unlikely.

We've all, at some point, done the crazy work days and not enough sleep. Back in the day I'd work 7 days a week for brief periods which was mostly 12 hour work days (so longer with going to and from work) and every Friday was 5am-10pm (so 17 hours). I'd make myself ill if richer than usual lol. It was home, wash, eat and bed. Another such day had me end at 1.30am and my mum woke me at 7am by mistake (argghh!!) when the boss said come in when you wake lol

But it can't last.

And steroids...will not help. I'd swap a training session for a sleep session
 
most of the night you will be unable to sleep because of all that coffee drinking
 
bro if you crazy like me and mental you can only get three hours and be fine

my cousin got schizophrenia and doesn't sleep for days sometimes he goes into frigerator and hides
