I’m going to attack my strength training over the next few months I really want to get stronger.
Back in my early 30s I was hitting all-time personal records but I kind of went away from weight training for a little while due to injuries
now I’m 45 years old and I want to get back to hitting new personal records again.
My cycle I want to use:
superdrol 30mgs a day 5 weeks
test E 500mgs a week 10 weeks
what else would you recommend I use?
