I think this is a very subjective statement. What i have found is that the more stable i keep the blood levels the less sides i get. The first time i used tren was ace at 300/wk pinning EOD and had more sides than running E at 800/wk and pinning EOD. Now if running tren I will pin ace ED and E 3 times per week. 0 sides.also is a misconception that you have to pin ace EOD or ED. you don't. you can pin it every 3-4 days and you will be fine

I think best practice is to start with Ace and pun either ED or EOD.
