Very hungry on PCT

EVO bro's, I am doing my PCT right now after a cycle of test and deca, and everything seems to go fine. The only problem is that I eat like a horse - seems like I can never stop eating, I just feel so hungry! Is this normal, or something is going wrong with my PCT?

Hunger is always a good sign. It means your metabolism is firing on cylinders.

Just always be mindful and ask yourself - is it real hunger or am I just bored?

There is a lot more to hunger then just physical hunger. Ever notice how when you're really busy you can go the whole day without eating and not feel hungry at all? Notice how when you walk by a cinzeo at the mall and smell the delicious cinnamon buns you all of a sudden feel hungry even though you just ate?

If you are truly hungry - EAT! Just eat quality food. No junk.

If you suspect that you are just bored - here are some natural tips to help deal with hunger -
1. Hot drinks help immensely with hunger. Especially green tea.

2. Carbonated drinks add volume to your stomach and make you feel full. I drink perrier constantly when pre-contest dieting.

3. Stay busy. If you are constantly occupied you won't noticed how hungry you are.

4. Mindfully eat. Don't eat while on the computer or infront of the television.

5. Caffeine greatly cuts appetite -> be careful with this one. Too much caffeine will burn out your adrenal glands and raise cortisol levels

6. Supplement with 10g psyllium husk before bed. Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre and gels up in your stomach, leading to an increased feeling of satiety.

Wow, you are so very knowledgeable and thus very helpful. Thank you.

That hunger on PCT is in fact a good sign, means that everything is working fine within your body, and you got nothing to worry about. Just don´t forget to stay on top of your macros, so you don't step over them, and you will be perfectly fine - just add a bit of reasoning to the physical hunger to say so.

I go through hunger issues sometimes, it is annoying. but it probably means your body is growing and needs fuel.

the biggest mistake you can make is not eat or eat the wrong things.

take advantage of your body wanting to grow and feed it.

It would be worse if you would lose your apetite completely and not be able to get the calories in - then you would lose all the gained muscle
