I've been reading around and about these forums about a type of vitamin D for acne, I recently returned from the Caribbean where I got a lot of sun, and I can say that in 9 days time the cysts I had on my back and face are all gone... weird right well sun makes your body produce vitamin D but I suppose I have a request, can anyone point me to the specific product or website where I may be able to purchase Vitamin D? any experienced users of it I would appreciate it more than ever, I would really be.

You can get it at your local drug store. I supplement it on my doctor's orders, because I'm deficient. I should probably get some sun...

No. It's as much to do with exposing your skin and drying it out. Quite normal.

Get it at your local vitamin shop

Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in the US, particularly if you work inside. It is often supplemented and the supplements work rather well. Dermatologists would rather see Vitamin D pills than trying to burn off the acne. While sun exposure does work, it opens up your skin to sun damage. However, I feel that some sun is healthy, just take care to moderate it.
