bro what the problem here? tren make you into a man.
I've had this issue before on tren cycles, not every time, for instance atm I'm running tren at 400 mg week and all is dandy, last tren cycle I ran 200mg week and had bloat, more than bloat,I had edema in my ankles, hands were fat and face puffy as marshmallow man, seems random but maybee drop the tren and see if that's the sole cause, tren ace in and out quick but doesn't mean the bloat will disappear just as quick give it some time to be sure, just run the test and Anavar, seems you dropped weight at the start without the tren so hopefully back on track.just suggestions though it could be other things but guess it's a process of elimination, even though you are time pressed.all the best
Sounds like a plan bro, gota start somewhere.good luck brotherThanks for your reply mate, glad to hear you aren’t having the bloat this time around - that sounds hellish. Weird that it’s just sometimes though, I was the same my last cycle of it was totally fine and went smoothly other than night sweats and a bit of lethargy but nothing that I couldn’t tolerate!
Thankfully mine isn’t in my hands/ankles etc but it is just on my gut which isn’t particularly aesthetic haha!
Yeah I’m gonna give it a couple of weeks with increased water intake, a probiotic and digestive enzymes to see if that helps, if nothing helping I’ll drop it out and see if it disappears.
sometimes foods you eat can cause the water retention, especially if you took in higher amounts of sodium and/or your potassium is too low.. a lot of people dont understand or realize this...
the test dose being that high is certainly not ideal and can effect you more so with estrogen over time with higher doses... theres a number of "possible factors" I would really consider lowering the test dose...
your diet isnt right
Sorry mate not sure what you mean what’s the problem? The problem is I bloated like mad on tren whilst trying to cut?
i have found over time, that the most consistent way to keep tren sides to a minimum or mitigate quite a bit is conservative dosing with the test/tren ratio kept equal or very similar.. mind you, ive coached THOUSANDS upon thousands of people well over a decade so i have a pretty large sample size.. everything with steroids is subjective though and thats quite important to understand... even on majorities, people still respond different and over time, your body responds different... tren is not a great compound to run too many times in general... you will find you likely have a different experience each time and generally, its less pleasant each time.. i would lower the test dose, keep them about 250-300 each.. you need carbs with tren and i would not go too low.. you dont need to go high or anything but at least moderate.. keep sodium to 2300 mg per day and you need to be getting 4700 mg per day of potassium.. another issue with tren is that it causes false readings on estrogen so its very difficult to gauge but high test doses are not your friend here either...Hi mate, thanks for that. Seems to vary so much from person to person how they react to tren, and often seems to react cycle to cycle for the same person.
I’ve seen so much conflicting info on test dose relative to tren dose limiting/increasing sides - I just went with what I have ran before for a cut with success, perhaps this time I’m reacting differently to having the same higher test dose relative to tren. Given the amount of time I’m going to be running this, you reckon it’s worth dropping the test dose (Test E) down a bit?
My current thinking is, increase water intake, digestive enzyme, probiotic, perhaps revisit my diet (which worked previously) and drop the carbs a bit and see how things go over the next couple of weeks, if no changes then just drop the tren and do the rest of the cycle as I was before adding it in and the next time I run tren look at dosing differently?
I ran it at this dose last time and only sides I had were night sweats and a bit of irritability from fatigue later in the cycle.
Appreciate the help again! Cheers![]()
if you see him respond to anything, your best bet is to ignore him or realize hes operating with low brain cell activity

Amazing mate thank you for this. Ironically enough I accidentally came across one of your YT videos earlier on while looking for some more info on this stuff - great advice!
Didn’t even make the connection until you introduced yourself on the video and then realised you had just replied to me on this haha! Will drop the test dose to 300 and go from there mate thanks![]()
