Ways to temporarily suppress, for a blood test?

Testing later in the day your testosterone levels will be lower in itself
see the latest appointment you can get with the lab usually they close at 11:00 or 12:00 in the morning
My doctor required to get test done before 8 am.

Maybe tie your balls off with a bit of string. I’m not sure this would help, and it would sure as hell hurt, but you never know. PS. Don’t do this.
I’m in pain just reading this. 😂

Hey fellas!

So the short of it is: I very recently started taking my health seriously and lost about 35lbs since May (naturally - home training + a DIY VLC/LC diet). I went in for some blood tests last month. First time, I went in too late and apparently was too dehydrated, so they had me redo them.

My TT was 343 the first time, and 241 the second. Which, obviously, in general isn’t great, but I went in to see a urologist, and basically with one more set of labs <300, I’ll be able to get TRT fully covered by my insurance. The problem is, I don’t actually remember what I was doing in the day(s) leading up to that second test that might have led to that lower result, except that I got maybe 2 hours of sleep that night.

So my question is, what are some of the things one that will (on a short term basis) to bring/keep T levels down? With regards training/diet/sleep/OTC supplements etc.

Thanks!
I wish I had insurance coverage that would pay for my TRT.
