Need2Slin commands insulin to do exactly what you want!

Need2Slin works, not like typical muscle gainers, primarily by it's ability to mimic/boost insulin and by increasing cAMP. Real insulin, actually breaks down the enzyme that caused cAMP which is why you can get fat if you don't know how to use insulin. cAMP is classified as a second messenger, meaning that it exerts it's effects by acting as a manner secondary and in response to a first messenger signaling molecule. Direction:

Gymnema sylvestre can also play a role in treating conditions caused by excessive sugar intakes. Conditions like obesity, hyperglycemia, anemia and osteoporosis. [1-4]

Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) is an acetylated form of L-Carnitine. It passes through the blood brain barrier better than L-carnitine, because of the acetylation. ALCAR helps shuttle free fatty acids into the mitochondria where they are burned off for energy. This is important because normally it is hard for the fatty acids to enter the mitochondria. This means more fat and less carbohydrates and protein, will be burned for energy in the mitochondria. ALCAR has also been shown to improve insulin response and it has been proven to have significant benefits on mood and overall health like improvements in ADHD, increasing fertility, reducing recovery from exercise, reducing fatigue, curing depression, reversing hyperthyroidism, healing cirrhosis of the liver, sexual enhancement, increased cardiovascular health, removing toxins from the body, and many other conditions. [5]

Na-RALA
Na-RALA is the sodium salt form of R-Lipoic Acid and it is 30% stronger than K-RALA. Na-RALA is a powerful antioxidant and in addition to this it has a potential role in improving blood sugar control. In one study ALA, a 50/50 mixture of S-and R-Lipoic Acid, has significantly increased the insulin sensitivity of diabetic patients. [6-8]

L-Norvaline
L-Norvaline is an analog of the branched chain amino acid Valine. L-Norvaline works by inhibiting the arginase enzyme thus increasing arginine concentrations, which in turn increase circulating levels of Nitric Oxide, or NO2. NO2 is what is responsible for increased blood flow which results in a rapid and dramatic muscle pumps.[9]

Coleus Forskholii (20% forskolin)
Forskolin is one of the most interesting ingredients in Need2Slin. Scientific studies have found that along with increasing thyroid activity and thermogenesis, forskolin is also a potent anabolic. This occurs primarily through elevation of cAMP and forskolin is one of the best OTC compounds available for triggering dramatic increases in cAMP levels. In one study forskolin has shown to be able to increase cAMP levels 4.82 times more than a placebo. And in another study, forskolin demonstrated that it can raise cAMP levels in fat cells. This shows the ability of the compound to enhance lipolysis, which means that forskolin has powerful fat-burning effects as well as being a potent anabolic agent. Another added benefit of forskolin is that it increases cAMP independently of epinephrine, thus providing stimulant free energy. [10-12]

Synephrine HCL
Synephrine HCL is another powerful cAMP activator. It also activates the beta-3 adrenoreceptors and, therefore, displays a lipolytic and thermogenetic capacity as it boosts norepinephrine levels. Especially the beta-3 receptors, are the key to burning fat and by stimulation of these receptors, more fatty acids will be burned and used for energy.[13-14]

Banaba Leaf (20% corosolic acid)
The blood sugar regulating properties of banaba have been demonstrated in cell culture, animal and human studies. In isolated cells, the active ingredient in banaba extract, corosolic acid, is known to stimulate glucose uptake. In diabetic mice, rats and rabbits, banaba feeding reduces elevated blood sugar and insulin levels to normal. In one study banaba demonstrated to alleviate many of the symptoms of diabetes in genetically obese mice and may offer promise as a therapeutic supplement for the normalization of blood glucose levels in humans with hyperglycemia and have beneficial effects in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. In humans with type II diabetes, banaba extract, at a daily dosage of 32 and 48mg for 2 weeks showed a significant reduction in the blood glucose levels. In another study Researchers concluded that corosolic acid is an effective agent for the control of blood sugar without any side effects. Moreover, it was determined that even a one-time dose of corosolic acid created a "memory effect" in which the blood sugar support effects lasted for several days. Beside these 2 studies numerous clinical studies have continued to validate that corosolic acid can play an instrumental role in the prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia and obesity in type 2 diabetics.[15-16]

I've taken several GDA's (Anabolic Pump, Glycobol, Recompadrol and P-Slin) and need2slin has been the best. It is the perfect allround supp with great science behind it. (see my write up)
 
ive been on it for about 2 weeks now. im currently using 3 pills ed spread throughout the day. ive def. noticed the effects from it, however, there are some days i look more bloated than others.

i plan on using N2S until at least may. at some point im going to add in a cycle of fordge burner. also at some point, im going to bump up the dosage of N2S to 2 pills before meals.

does any of you have any suggestions or have any experience with this particular combo? how you achieve your best results?

my diet isnt really anything hardcore or special right now. i couldnt even what i tell you what i take in for calories or fat or protein etc. i eat petty clean on o regular basis. im constantly on the go, so if anything, i dont get enough of things in my diet.

I am also taking 3-4 caps a day depending on my carb intake. :)
 
First off, very nice write up. Lots of good relevant information! Nice job!

I've used it twice during various gear cycles. I usually consume 2 pills 30-45 minutes prior to my pre-workout meal (which is about a hour before my actual lifting session), then take 2 pills in the middle of my workout along with the BCAAs I sip on during a workout. I noticed if I following this dosing (4 pills per day, surrounding cardio/lifting sessions) I experience more noticeable long last "pumps," particularly post workout. My last two cycles that I ran this protocol I also noticed more vascularity and less fat gain, well still eating slightly above my maintenance calories (250-350 calories above). I base this comparison because on previous cycles, in which the same substance, dosing and diet were utilized I experienced more fat gain, particularly in in the lower abdominal region, where I have had a hard time getting rid of stubborn adipose tissue as of late (past 2 years, after an accident left my out of the gym for a while).

Anyway, Needtoslin is a great product which I highly recommend, no matter what your lifting goals!

I use the 4 per day dosing surrounding my workouts because it works for me (please see my above post).

During a cutting phase I would recommend taking 2 capsules, 30-45 minutes, before a meal with 25 to 50 grams (or above) of carbohydrates. For smaller carb meals, 25 grams and below, I would take 1 pill, using the same 30-45 minute timing above. Of course 25 to 50 grams of carbs is a big gap, so you should determine the dose (i.e. 1 or 2) of capsules ingested by your individual sensitivity to carbs; some people are more "carb sensitive," while others, like myself are not.

Just my thoughts. I am sure some of the other members will chime in here.
 
needtoslin works. you can tell because if you take it and wait too long to eat carbs you get the symptoms of low blood sugar.

Is it safe to use 2 bottles back to back? Or should I take off a week in between bottles?
 
I've been running it constantly since it was introduced. It's pretty much help cured my diabetes. I'm using during my contest cut. One pre workout with lipostim, that I now have, thanks nightmare!,and some DCP. I'll take it again the same way with my second workout. I very rarely use it for carb shuttleing purposes

Like Rick said below you could run it for a long time, so 2 bottles back to back is all good. Its like anything though, use moderation and common sense; take a break every now and then and re-start once a certain period of time has elapsed.

You are right bro. You should always take a break from supps after a certain period of time (8-12 weeks).
