I’ve been staying up late because of jet lag after a recent overseas trip. Watching some of these shows overnight on supplements the big thing right now is using oxytocin. Its supposed to be really good for mood enhancement and helping with things like libido and sleep as well.
I want to try this stuff out and order the spray version. Is 10IU’s per day good enough for someone who weighs 240 pounds? Or do I need to run more since I’m a bigger dude
