My blood work is done twice per year, and I have an average test level of about 800 with TRT. I’m would like to run a protocol that raises this level up, but to be honest I’m not sure what that target should actually be to secure a reasonable return on my investment.
If you’re comfortable sharing, and you’re having blood work done, I’d appreciate getting some feedback from this board. What is the average test level of an EVO member, and what are you doing to get there?
I realize that there is more to it than just test levels, but this is a major component assuming all other factors are relatively equal (eating properly, resting, consistent resistance training, blah, blah, blah).
