What PCT should I run? Anabolic+SARMS cycle.

So I ran my first combined anabolic and SARMs cycle together for 8 weeks total.
My daily doses were:
20mg winstrol
20mg anavar
20mg Cardarine
20mg Rad-140
20mg Ostarine
10mg Ligandrol

I was curious to what PCT should I take (HCG, Nolvadex, Clomid), daily doses amount, and running time.
I am 24 year old, 6 foot 3, 230lbs with 21% body fat roughly.

@nelroux777 first when did you finish this cycle? and you have the pct items on hand?

hcg has no business in pct

run clomid, nolva and hcgenerate as a base

Monstros says we want you to put up a log
a log is very important so we can see what needs to be worked on
 
if you are really that overweight then you need to work on your diet
no reason for someone your age to be that fat
 
PCT is gonna boil down to nolva and clomid as your base
but then you have to add in a strong testosterone booster

why on earth at your age and very high body fat would you be using any steroid whatsoever???

I don't think that you're that fat but no way to know we're not psychics
 
if your body fat is that high it will be problematic
that's why a log is a good idea so we can help you with your diet
 
definitely post up your diet your cardio your sleep your training everything
without that information how can we help you
 
you seem a little young and you seem a little big
what kind of results did you have?
I started at roughly 200lbs, worked out 5-6 days a week and ate 3-4k calories, 200g+ protein every day. so over the 8 weeks I put on roughly 30lbs as well as I gained about 40-60% more strength by the end.
