I wanted to know where I could get an accurate reading of my body fat %? Are they expensive to conduct aswell ?

If you’re looking for a more convenient way to track your progress, get yourself a decent body fat measuring caliper and use this website:

However, the methods mentioned above are of course the most accurate.

Dexa scan if you want to know the truth. You will most likely have to find a university that will do it for a fee of 100 or 150. It will tell you everything with a breakdown of each body part.

No. They're far from accurate.

The most accurate method is a DEXA scan - but they are pretty expensive.

I personally would just use pictures and body part measurements. Costs nothing and very easy to do yourself

I would just post up a picture. I don't think the cost is worth the results of just knowing a number.
