What's the therapeutic dose of proviron?

Can someone tell me what is the therapeutic dose of proviron for inhibiting SHBG to some extend and getting more free testosterone?

There isn't enough information on the internet, and most publications are mixed, suggesting different doses from 25 mg a day to 3x25 mg a day.

So, I need a dose that will increase my free testosterone, won't suppress aromatization and estrogen, and will not suppress my natural testosterone production.

Is going with 25 mg a day the right choice?

I don't have any hypogonadal conditions or any issues that affect my endocrine system.

T level: 500-600 ng/dL
Free T level: 27 to 28 pg/mL

Free T is not enough and needs to be increased more. Reference values is 50 pg/mL.

Thanks.

Like you have been told numerous times. Each person is different so you would need to experiment with different doses and bloodwork to see how you are reacting.
IMO this is another misguided strategy. Any effect on SHBG and free test using proviron will be minimal at best.
That being said, there is no harm at starting at 25mg/day and increasing to 50mg/day or more if your not seeing changes in your bloodwork. Proviron is very mild and easy on the liver.
Do you have your current SHBG levels tested?

@GoldenPlague you're better off taking hcgenerate IMO better pic
proviron shouldnt be used therapeutically

Upon further research, I came to the conclusion proviron is not a viable option for my case.

I won't use proviron for now.

Thanks for your replies anyway. Information you provided may be utilized in the future...
