Approved Log Wheelhouse 2025 Blast cycle - Testosterone, Masteron, Deca and GH Log

Yeah there are a heaps to choose from.
I commented to Mobster previously that I just found out my wifes cousin is an engineer for Resimed.. one of the biggest CPAP manufactures here so I may be able to get a good one cheap.
I just didn't know which one I should get as the CPAP are set pressure which apparently I need to tune for myself or there are APAP machines which are automatic apparently
dont get the expensive ones, start cheaper and see if it works for you. :D
 
Off topic and I don't know if I will get many responses as its in my Log but has anyone done a Nutritionists course before?
I'm thinking about doing one to integrate on with my food business locally.
There is a market for pre done Gym rat meals alongside my other weekly meal nights I do.
I would want to do a Nutritionists course before I marketed my meals towards the health sector

That's a good idea.. my main worry is that I move around alot in my sleep but also I don't know how i will go with something on my face but I've been told you don't have to use the full face mask and that you can get one that just goes over your nose

Start the nose one and see how if works for you.
 
Have been lucky to have a bit of time to do multiple updates this week.
Feeling really good and I've been getting some good rest after adding Gaba and Triple strength melatonin of a night time.
I got another work out in this morning so I don't feel guilty missing the gym on Tuesday 🤣 i have to go in for my yearly steroid injection in my neck as it has been getting a bit bad lately and making my sleeping quite disrupted (hence why I'm happy to get some good rest)
I'm also positive i have sleep apnea as it runs in the family and my missus always gives me shit about stopping breathing in my sleep.
Reading great stories on here about CPAPs and how they have changed people's lives. I just worry because I don't know if I can handle having something on my face as I try to sleep.
Ill give it a red hot crack though.

Put a couple of kilos on this week but I believe this is probably some water weight from the deca.

Have some TBOL and Arimidex coming from my Sponsor @ODINLABS to add into my stack.
Honestly couldn't ask for a better sponsor and team - great group chat that pumps everyone up which makes a good mentally healthy environment.

It's a 12 month course for nutritionist here in Australia but you can do it quicker at your own pace.
You can then do add-ons but if you want to do Pregnancy, food allergies etc you need to be a dietician which is Uni for a few years as far as I'm aware.
I don't intend on doing that as I just want to incorporate high protein, low calories meals into my food business to target the gym sector

Yeah im already set up and council approved for meal prep brother as that's what my food business does already. This will just open up another avenue for the meals targeted towards gym meal prep clients 🙌
 
Quick update for the end of the week.
I'm feeling fantastic at the moment and feeling strong.
Any slight niggles i had are gone, I'd contribute this to the deca slightly.
I jumped in with a couple of the girls on their glute/leg day at our gym that Compete in BB bikini comps. Safe to say, man they train hard! 🤣
The sumo squats superset with hip thrusts had me buckled.
I knew it would be a good workout with them for a change up - we swapped "Glutes for Guns" so they jumped in on one of my arm workouts the next day.
Great healthy culture at our gym which I really like.

Legs slowly getting back to where they were before my calf injury and I'm back to lifting full weight now.
Couple of dinner this week - rump steak salad and a duck and veg soup.

All my pins are going smooth as with @ODINLABS gear and its exciting having a guy that genuinely cares about his loggers and always sharing his wealth of knowledge with us.

Also I've gone up to 123kg but my food intake hasn't changed, if anything gone down so I'd say I'm slightly gaining some water weight with the Deca which isn't a worry for me. Just an observation

Registered dietitian, certified nutritionist are not selling points for me.
What i would look for:
Quality ingredients
Macro breakdown
Calories.
I want this info easily available, like a big ass sticker
50g Protein , 10g fat, 10g carbs etc.

After that it's just hook lines.
