Proper graftHey legends,
Sorry for the delay in updates. I had a massive week of Reno's- demolishing decks and building new ones etc.
Still been getting all my workouts in thankfully.
This is probably the best I've felt in a fair while, my sponsor/mate @ODINLABS gave me a new workout split to try and drilled home, lift bigbut also stop jamming 2 body parts a session. I found myself rushing through exercises and even favouring certain parts so I have gone back to 1 muscle per session.
My lifts this week have been heavier then what I have always done. No I'm not putting this down to strength gains but more a mindset game that I have always had more in the tank.
I hit a PB on the Hammer Strength shoulder press (65kg a side). I know it's not the same as dumbells but I train by myself and find it easier/safer to go to failure on this.
My lateral raises on the lat machine went to full stack for 6/7 reps. Again, I use this machine as I've had a niggling Radial tunnel injury and the machine doesn't load my elbows up like normal lat dumbell raises otherwise I'd do dumbells.
Food has been consistent with majority Steak or pan fried chicken breast with salad/vegetables.
I haven't had the fatigue I feel in my chest and shoulders for a long time. I am excited to see the progress.
I have also realised I've been sleeping on Dipshaven't done them for years but Odin put it into my chest workout and Damn! Felt good to finish the session with Dips and push ups.
Have a great weekend guys

I offen try and step back and analyze what movements fit here what should i add or take out, trying to balance the body parts is difficult, i feel we tend to do our favorite movements more than some of the ones that actual are better, its mlte of a comfort thing i feel like, its good you are trying something differentHey legends,

Thanks brother. Very appreciated@Wheelhouse87 looking jacked bro! Hard work is paying off!
Couldn't agree more bro. I've realised i was favouring good but probably easier workouts. Pushing myself in other areas is giving me better pumps and feeling that fatigue like I've actually worked the muscle group well.I offen try and step back and analyze what movements fit here what should i add or take out, trying to balance the body parts is difficult, i feel we tend to do our favorite movements more than some of the ones that actual are better, its mlte of a comfort thing i feel like, its good you are trying something different![]()
