Second day back after resting up from my calf injury. Got some seated back movements done today.
I know it's probably all in my head but I feel like I've put so much weight on from being on bed rest for 5 days
My leg is feeling better everyday - I can't really compare but I feel the BPC and TB is helping
You look greatAlso.. steak & mango salad from the other night with some Greek yoghurt ranch dressing.
Bit of a lazy dinner night yesterday as we are moving house tomorrow so it was breakfast for dinner![]()

Food is perfect but you should add bone broth to help recovery.
