Start physio/rehab this week and hopefully back to some gentle exercises in a couple weeks.

Really focusing on big squeezes and slowed it down a bit.
Definitely gave a good pump.
Incline dumbell press 35kg 3 x 10
Decline cable flys 3 x 12
Squeeze press 20kg 3 x 12
Machine fly 3 x 10
Press machine 70kg 3 x 8 and drop sets the last one down to 25kg
Finish with push ups to failure
Some grass fed Sirloin steak with a Spicy Kewpie salad for dinner
