You can do either, i just buy it in the grocery store it is frozen for freshness, you just put it in the fridge, i love it and dont miss normal bread at all after having it.

Its around 60-90 calories a slice and for two slices 10g protien 30g carbs and has omegas on it as well, plus decent fiber.

Look how many vitamins and minerals are in it as well.

Hey @Eddie Haskell or @LevButlerov is there anyway to change the title of this log? And take out the "Blast" so it's just a cruise cycle log?
Since the removal of my previous Sponsor from EVO I have since jumped on board with a new sponsor @ODINLABS for my blast cycle I've just started. It would be nice to have his gear separate from the one used on my cruise and this log. Any help would be much appreciated.
I hope everyone follows along my new blast log as your support is always appreciated.
