Just a quick food update (been more food then workout the start of this log

) did some prep last night for my Monday/Tuesday meals 1&2 at work.
Will have some more training and physique posts this week as it's now Monday here.
This prep was Roast boneless chicken with a ginger,garlic broccolini egg fried rice.
59 grams of protein per serving and 617 calories per serving.
Couple of nice scotch fillers from the local butcher for our dinner tonight with a basic salad. Only just got back from a weekend away so it was a nice easy one.
